Professional practice abroad
Graduates or graduates in pharmacy who wish to practise as pharmacists in a country from the scope of the European Union, must apply for the accreditation of its title as essential process to request and obtain from the Member State in which intend to develop the activity of professional recognition.
Accreditation of pharmacy degrees obtained in Spain to practice in the field of the European Union or the European economic area
Regulatory legislation: Royal Decree 1837 / 2008, which is incorporated into the Spanish legal system Directive 2005/36/EC and Directive 2006/100/EC, of 20 November.
The accreditation is essential to obtain the recognition in other countries of the European economic area/European Union.
The Ministry of education is responsible for the accreditation of Spanish titles corresponding to the professions governed by Directive 2005/36/EC, among which is the pharmaceutical profession, for the purpose of his exercise in another country of the European Union or the European economic area.

Admitted to the bar
Certificate of licensing stating that during the licensing period not has been suspended, disbarred or has banned the practice of the profession in Spain will be provided if you have been registered in Spain. The certificate is valid for three months.
